Return Process

Contact our support team with your order number and the specific part details to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Securely
Place the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging and ensure the box is well-padded to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Freesat Spares
Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns department, ensuring you include your RMA form inside the box.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the spare part, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
